The Water Supply and Wastewater Engineering major in School of Environment at Tsinghua University focuses on the planning, design, operation, and management of urban, rural, and industrial water supply and wastewater system. With a sustainable development philosophy, the program aims to prepare high-level professionals who can engage in urban and rural water supply and wastewater engineering and building, industrial water supply and wastewater engineering, water pollution control and planning, and water resource protection. The specific objectives are as follows:
