课程介绍:固体废物既是水、大气、土壤环境重要的污染“源”,又是水、大气、土壤环境治理重要的污染“汇”,同时具有资源能源替代价值,因而固体废物控制欲资源化是世界各国环境治理的重要内容,也是我国绿色发展、低碳发展、循环发展的重要科技支撑。本课程按照“固废特性—环境效应—污染控制”的总体思路,主要针对生活垃圾、有机废物、危险废物等重点固体废物,技术上涵盖源头预防减量、现代生物处理、清洁热化学处理、资源再生与循环利用、土地及地质处置等,具有较强的系统性、应用性和前瞻性。通过本课程学习,学生将掌握系统深入的固体废物预防减量、资源高效回收、能源清洁利用、环境安全处置、全过程环境风险控制的前沿理论、先进技术、工程案例与管理策略,具备从事固体废物控制欲资源化方向工作的系统思维、全球视野、工程伦理和专业素养,提高分析、应对和解决复杂固体废物治理问题的科学研究和工程应用能力。


Solid waste is not only an important pollution source of water, air and soil environment, but also an important intersection of water, air and soil environmental management. It has the value of resource and energy substitution, so solid waste control and resource utilization is an important element of environmental governance in the world, and is also an important scientific and technological support for China's green development, low-carbon development and circular development. This course will primarily focus on solid waste characteristics, environmental effects and pollution control, mainly targeting to domestic waste, organic waste, hazardous waste and other key solid waste, and technically covering the knowledge of source prevention and reduction, modern biological treatment, clean thermochemical treatment, resource regeneration and recycling, and land and geological disposal. Thus, it is fair to say that this course is a systematic, and forward-looking approach with high practical relevance to solid waste prevention and reduction.

Through this course, students will learn the frontier theories, advanced technologies, engineering cases and management strategies of solid waste prevention and reduction, efficient resource recovery, clean energy use, safe environmental disposal, and whole process environmental risk control in a systematic and in-depth manner. This course provides students with the scientific research and engineering application capabilities to analyze, respond to and solve complex solid waste management problems.
